I joined the Relativity team as a short-term, transitional team member to help with the integration of Heretik. I lead public relations, communication, and content strategies throughout acquisition, as well as the marketing integration and other hand-offs post-acquisition.

After two years in a consulting role, I joined Heretik as the first marketing hire. During my time there, I not only developed the strategies, but also executed them personally across all marketing functions. Some of my proudest accomplishments include:

  • Helped drive over $1M ARR, including over $500k add-on client services, including marketing consulting, project management, event planning, and content creation.

  • Designed, launched, and managed entire company website, micro-sites, news center, and 'Fine Print' blog, and others.

  • Designed, launched, and managed Heretik's Partner Resource Center to organize and host all sales enablement, product content, and technical support resources for clients.

  • Executed over 20 software release marketing campaigns.

  • Published over 100 articles of technical product documentation, press releases, client case studies, sales enablement content, and educational or competitive industry reports.

  • Produced 'Playing with Fire' video tutorial series, showcasing click-throughs and use cases for new software features as well as 'Powerful Partnership' video series, showcasing client testimonials and successful collaborations. 

  • Managed all public relations and annual sponsorship initiatives at dozens of industry events, including Relativity Fest, Legal Week, Relativity Fest London, LIBOR Summit, Iltacon, World Economic Forum, Microsoft Build, and more.

  • Created and hosted 'Heretik Innovator Summit', a power user conference hosted in Chicago each year to introduce beta-program features, collect feedback, and create co-branded marketing content with clients. 

  • Managed all digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing. 

  • Created and managed company-wide Airtable workspace across departments.

My specialized design and marketing agency that focuses on helping individuals and companies refine and perfect their presentations and supporting sales strategies. I have helped design over 200 presentations for a range of meetings, including – personal interviews; Series A, B, and C fundraising rounds; products and services pitches; employee trainings; brand launches; and more. Clients include Live Nation, Monster, Farmer's Fridge, Ulta, NBC Sports, and more.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

After BookedOut's acquisition and merging of marketing teams, I found myself best suited to create a product marketing position as the two technology platforms integrated. I also continued managing my team of three employees.

  • Wrote technical product marketing training materials, documentation, and release notes

  • End-to-end production of technical product videos and demonstration tutorials (mobile & desktop products)

  • Created persuasive and informative sales enablement presentations, case studies, client testimonial videos, and general technical product resources

  • Partnered with enterprise SaaS clients (Nike, Target, and Diageo) to create co-branded training materials and tutorial videos, while also gathering user insights and feedback

  • Lead end-to-end software marketing releases cross-functionally to ensure streamlined public and client adoption

After my first successful year as an Account Manager, there grew a high demand for better brand management, strategic communication, and product marketing content. I was offered the opportunity to build a marketing team from the ground up. I hired and managed a team of three creatives to help shape and execute BookedOut's strategies around brand identity, content, product marketing, sales enablement, and digital marketing that redefined our company culture. Our success ultimately helped lead to the company's acquisition by Shiftgig in September 2016.

 

  • Hired and managed a small, highly productive, junior team that created our company brand identity, digital marketing strategy, and B2B/B2C content

  • Helped manage BookedOut and Shiftgig's first international event with Nike (2016 Rio Olympics)

  • Created sales strategy and presentation materials that won 76% of company's overall new business

  • Authored and published year-long study on brand staff compensation trends across national markets

  • Managed first ever 'Brand Ambassador of the Year' award and sponsorship co-produced with Event Marketer at the 2017 Event Marketing Summit, resulting in over $1M in new business and 34 content pieces
