I have over 10 years experience in B2B and B2C experiential marketing and event management. I started my professional career as the Marketing Manager for Verizon's stadium campaigns at for the Green Bay Packers (while in college) for three consecutive seasons. I managed a team of ten brand staff and was responsible for managing all pre- and post-game logistics, game day promotional activations, sponsored player and/or media appearances, campaign reports for clients, and more. I went on to also work with Verizon nationally on several Super Bowls, Pro Bowls, as well as their IndyCar sponsorship.
When I joined my next company, an a startup building an experiential marketing management platform called BookedOut, I oversaw brand tour sponsorship logistics for sports and entertainment clients, including Fireball Whiskey at Florida Georgia Line Anything Goes Tour, Salesforce at U2 iNNOCENCE & eXPERIENCE World Tour, Keds and Diet Coke at Taylor Swift 1989 World Tour, Nike at the Rio De Janerio Summer Olympics, Pantene at Selena Gomez Revival Tour, and more. After a year of success in account management, I was offered the first full-time marketing role with the opportunity to build a team and scale the company.
While my career transitioned away from live events, I am forever grateful for the priceless opportunities, lessons, adventures, and, above all, connections I took away from this chapter. Check out the photos above for some of my favorite memories from those times!

USER CONFERENCES & PUBLIC RELATIONS
I planned and hosted an exclusive Heretik Innovators' Summit for our best clients. This was a global event that brought together our power users to provide us product feedback, announce beta programs, create co-branded marketing content, and facilitate hands-on workshops. I handled all internal and external logistics, from working with each department head on their panels to booking our guests hotel rooms. Industry Event Sponsorships & Campaigns
DIVE INTO YOUR DATA @ RELATIVITY FEST CHICAGO 2018
Relativity Fest is annual e-Discovery conference held in Chicago (and London) that hosts thousands of Relativity platform users (my former company Heretik is a contract review application that runs exclusively on Relativity). As an event sponsor, Heretik was provided a meeting suite and small booth to demo software within the conference. I created a 'Dive into Your Data' campaign and was able to monetize it by partnering with one of our largest clients – Gravity Stack. This was Heretik's first big introduction to the Relativity community at large, so we hosted a conference session about diving into contract data. In tandem with that session, we turned Heretik's sponsor meeting room into a large pool full of shredded paper with prizes in it. Attendees could dive into the pool to pull out prizes, ranging from Heretik swag to Electric Scooters. Our sales team was able to hold scheduled client meetings or impromtu ones next door in our other meeting room. I also planned and hosted our first annual client appreciation event that week.
LEGAL BINGE @ LEGALWEEK NEW YORK 2019
LegalWeek is an annual conference held in late January or early Februray at the New York Hilton Midtown. Each year, companies reserve hotel suites to double as onsite meeting rooms. After our successful 'Dive Into Your Data' campaign together, I was able to monetize our Legal Week marketing campaign in exchange with Heretik's top client (Gravity Stack) in exchange for marketing services and event management. I created a co-branded campaign around a brand new podcast series we created called 'Legal Binge'. To do this, I transformed our meeting suite into a full podcast studio, in which guests and clients could come through for video interviews or sit and watch other thought leaders give their opinions live. We hired Zach Abramowitz, a legal-industry personality, to host the podcast. To help promote our podcast, I planned and hosted another successful Client Appreciation Event. After we were done recording, I created twelve video podcast episodes out of our sessions. Check out my marketing plan here or the full podcast playlist here.
SECOND BITE @ RELATIVITY FEST CHICAGO 2019
As a returning sponsor of Relativity Fest in 2019, we designed a panel session with a handful of our clients called 'The Bite-Sized Approach to More Use Cases' – aimed at helping Relativity users understand how to get started in growing a new line of contract review revenue. After our success from the previous year, I created the 'Second Bite' campaign to promote our session and was able to monetize it again through sponsorships. The theme of the campaign centered around the old saying 'How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time'. I used #SecondBite to literally and figuratively encourage prospects to take another bite of 'the elephant' and get started with their contract review business. I used the elephant theme throughout all aspects of the campaign, leading up to our second-annual Client Appreciation Event at a jungle-themed venue. During this time, I had also re-designed and launched our new company website. POST-PANDEMIC BUSINESS CHALLENGES @ RELATIVITY FEST 2020
Due to COVID-19, Relativity Fest Chicago 2020 transitioned to an online-only event, which presented new challenges for us as a sponsor. Instead of hosting a live event, I created and monetized through sponsorships a digital campaign to correspond with our session 'Five Post-Pandemic Business Challenges Every Corporation Needs to Address'. This campaign involved working with five of our SME clients to not only co-present for the conference, but create and co-brand five different use case packages for the audience to take away.
